Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

25-26 16U Season Information

Injury & Illness Insurance – available and strongly recommended for all players. Insurance can be added during registration checkout. Please note: refunds will not be issued without insurance coverage for injury & illness. Refunds are applicable if cancelled by date listed below: - August 31st (full refund minus $1,000) - September 15th (75% refunded) - October 15th (50% refunded) - November 15th (25% refunded) - December 15th (0% refunded)

Generally, all fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Monument Hockey Club strongly encourages the purchase of insurance, which will be available for add on during your registration process. IF CANCELLED BEFORE AUGUST 31ST, PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, LESS AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $1,000. Please see this page here for refund dates: https://www.monumenthockey.com/parent-resources/refund-policy/10659 MHC will NOT refund any fees for missed practices or games due to the following: • Injury, illness, or absences due to COVID-19 related rink closures or team quarantines • League, USA Hockey, CAHA, or Colorado Rampage disciplinary actions If a player is later reassigned to an alternate team within the organization at any point during the season, and subsequently chooses not to participate on this alternate ream, the Executive Team will adjudicate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
