15U SEASON INFORMATION
Welcome to the Monument H.C. 15U Information & Registration Page!
This registration will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Checking Account information available.
If player is under the age of 18, a parent must complete the registration.

The 2022-23 Monument H.C. 15U season will run from August 2022 - February 2023.
Additional Fees
After team selection and registration completion, a link to order gear (jerseys, pant covers, workout gear, warmups, etc,) will be emailed to you directly.
INCLUSIONS
- Average 5 Ice Touches/Week
- Off-Ice Strength & Conditioning with 365 Performance Training Facility
- Two Local Tournament Events
- Compete in East Coast Elite League (ECEL), along with Colorado Competitive Youth Hockey League (CCYHL).

- Travel reservations for the 15U team will not be booked by the organization. Parents/Players will be responsible for their own travel.
- A coaches travel fee will be billed two weeks prior to trip for $250 dollars.
